The building stands on three floors above the ground, all linked by a comfortable lift, for a total of about 1400 square meters. On the roof is a terrace of the day and at night you can enjoy a panoramic view of 360 degrees on the valley of the Tiber. Moreover from every level of structure, observers can range as the eye could see on stretches of cultivated fields colors and different scents, can look towards the river Tiber River that winds slow and not far shaded or dwell on the sweet slopes the green hills that make the land of Umbria so inclined to mysticism.

INTERIOR DESIGN
The whole furniture consists of pieces of vintage and modern pieces that make the merging harmoniously hot and special.
